A half bath is centrally located off of the foyer, backed by a custom built-in pantry for the kitchen. The kitchen offers a large peninsula adjacent to the dining for entertaining. The master suite is located on the main floor with access to back patio, while two guest rooms, bath and open loft area are upstairs. The stair banister is constructed of brushed stainless steel and glass panels topped with a natural maple handrail. The treads are maple and risers are stainless with exposed lag bolts for function and aesthetics. Flooring consists of natural maple hardwood in the living and dining, ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, baths and mud-room and carpeting in the bedrooms. Kitchen cabinets are natural maple, topped with a gray simulated brushed metal look laminate counter. Furnishings consist of black leather upholstery with glass and stainless tables.
